The Project Board will provide oversight, accountability, and strategic guidance for the Project. Comprised of senior director level leaders, each member is a leading offshore wind industry figure with a wealth of experience delivering low-carbon energy projects as demonstrated below.

Paul leads the global development and delivery of SSER’s 10GW renewable energy
growth programme across onshore and offshore wind, hydropower, and storage
technologies. He has over 20 years of renewable energy experience and is a Board
Member of the Offshore Wind Industry Council and RenewableUK. He previously
served as Director of Generation Development and Director of Performance
Improvement at SSER and General Manager for SSER/Airtricity.

Tomoki Nishino

Tomoki is focused on the delivery of low-carbon energy and has served in a range
of roles, including as CFO of a power project company in Oman (supplying about a
quarter of the power within the Sultanate). He has significant experience developing
power projects in the Middle East and Africa, including GW-scale PV projects. He
has previously worked for the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and brings
valuable project-financing experience to the Project.

Michael is responsible for floating wind development with overall responsibility for
technical solutions for CIP’s offshore development projects. He has worked in the
renewable energy industry for over 20 years, including more than seven years as
CEO of Offshore Wind, Siemens Wind Power. Michael played a key role in the
remarkable growth of the wind sector and the positioning of Siemens as a global
market leader in offshore wind and a top-three player in onshore wind.
