Kingsmountain Wind Farm is located to the south of Dromore West, Co. Sligo.

The 25MW wind farm comprises ten turbines and entered commercial operation in 2003.

Kingsmountain can power around 16,500 homes^ and help abate around 20,000 tonnes of harmful carbon dioxide* per annum.

Through the Kingsmountain and Dunneill Wind Farms in Co. Sligo we make around €40,000 per year available for local projects promoting energy efficiency and social sustainability through our Community Fund programme.
